That's what we do.
We were somehow born with these traits that enable us to do a million things at the same time, which is a wonderful gift and also a terrible burden because we don't know when to stop.
We don't know when to say, "I can't do it anymore."
We just keep saying, "Sure, yes, I can do that, and I can do this, and I can do that."
And then we're burned out.
We can barely function.
Then everything starts to fall apart because if we're not healthy, we can't hold it all together anymore. All the screws come out and we end up on the floor in pieces.
